Many customers may be unequipped for unpacking and setup of some of our larger durable medical equipment, which is why we offer White Glove Delivery Service, within 45 miles from our store, for many of our larger items.

Our White Glove Delivery Service includes:

  • Deliver the unit to your home by our own dedicated employees
  • Unboxing and complete product set up inside the room of your choice
  • Walkthrough and education on how to use and maintain your unit
  • Filling out and submitting manufacturer's warranty information for you, keeping an extra copy at our location
  • Removal, hauling away and disposal of all packing debris from your home.

During this type of delivery, there are certain terms and restrictions:  

  • Only one (1) trip to the customers home is included with White Glove Delivery Service. If the customer does not answer the door at the time of delivery and prior arrangements have not been made - the product will be returned to our location for customer pick-up. If second delivery attempt is requested, there will be an extra cost.  
  • Before delivery, the customer must clear the space where the unit is to be set up, as well as a wide path leading to space. 
  • Removal and disposal of any existing furniture or other items is not included in this service. If removal of anything not brought in by us is requested - this must be pre-arranged at scheduling and will incur extra charges. 
  • Any alterations to the home (such as removal of narrow doors, handrails or adding additional electrical circuits) are not included in this service, must be pre-arranged at scheduling, and will incur extra charges.    
  • We do our best to expedite but White Glove deliveries take, on average, an extra 3-5 business days from the date of arrival at our facility.
