Starting pay begins at $25/hour and increases quickly based on verifiable skill, experience, and a strong can-do attitude. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, retirement, six paid vacation days, and eight paid federal holidays. Most of our projects are small in scope, and technicians typically work independently using a company van assigned to them.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• 5+ years of well-rounded, full-time, verifiable experience in remodeling, maintenance, and repair

• Strong skills in rough and finish carpentry, drywall (installation/texture/repair/painting), and minor electrical, plumbing, and tile work

• Excellent attention to detail

• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills

• Outstanding customer service

This position requires daily computer use, following detailed written instructions, invoicing clients upon completion, and taking/uploading before, during, and after jobsite photos.
