An ideal candidate has at least 5+ years of very well-rounded remodeling, maintenance, and repair experience, including but not limited to frame carpentry, finish carpentry, small concrete, drywall/ texture installation/ repair/ painting, and minor electrical, plumbing and tile. Candidates must have an excellent eye for detail, a positive attitude, outstanding problem-solving skills, and top-notch customer service.

A large portion of our work is with the elderly and disabled to modify and remodel their homes so that they can age in place. This work is much more pleasant than most - but it is still construction work. There will occasionally be heavy lifting, ladders, and heights. Sometimes, you will be tired, frustrated, hot, cold, and dirty. You will be expected to treat our clients and their property with politeness and respect under all conditions.
