Skilled Remodeler - starting pay is between $25 - $35 per hour plus overtime and full benefits (Located in Jefferson City).

A large portion of our work is with the elderly and disabled to modify and remodel their homes so that they can age in place. This work is much more pleasant than most - but it is still construction work. There will be heavy lifting, ladders, and heights. Sometimes, you will be tired, frustrated, hot, cold, and dirty. You are expected to treat clients and their property with politeness and respect under all conditions.
A candidate must have a "Verifiable-Minimum" of at least 5+ years of very well-rounded and highly-skilled remodeling, maintenance, and repair experience, including but not limited to frame carpentry, finish carpentry, small concrete, drywall/ texture installation/ repair/ painting, and minor electrical, plumbing and tile. Candidates must have an excellent eye for detail, a positive attitude, and outstanding problem-solving abilities as well as top-notch customer service.
